TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

YOUR ELECTRICITY AGREEMENT WITH BLUE NRG BEGINS AT THE TIME YOU RECEIVE YOUR WELCOME PACK WHICH INCLUDES OUR CUSTOMER CHARTER AND OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THE WELCOME PACK WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED WITH YOU. Do you agree to this? (Yes/No)

 

YOU WILL RECEIVE ONE MORE BILL FROM YOUR CURRENT ELECTRICITY RETAILER. DEPENDING ON WHEN YOUR NEXT SCHEDULED METER READ DATE, IT MAY TAKE UP TO 12 WEEKS BEFORE YOU BECOME A CUSTOMER OF BLUE NRG. Do you agree to this? (Yes/No)

 

BLUE NRG WILL NOTIFY YOU IN WRITING WHEN THE TRANSFER HAS OCCURRED.

 

You have the right to cancel this agreement within the 10 day cooling off period by calling us or writing to us. The cooling off period starts from the time that you receive your welcome pack. Do you agree?  (Yes/No)

 

You can still cancel this agreement after the cooling off period without any termination fee.   Please refer to the terms and conditions in your welcome pack for more details.

 

IF YOU ARE PAYING YOUR ELECTRICITY ACCOUNT BY CREDIT CARD, A PROCESSING FEE MAY APPLY AS A PASS THROUGH BY BLUE NRG

YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO COMPLAIN DIRECTLY TO BLUE NRG ABOUT ANY MARKETING CONDUCT OF [Smart Utilities] AND IF THE COMPLAINT IS NOT SATISFACTORILY RESOLVED BY BLUE NRG, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO COMPLAIN TO THE ENERGY OMBUDSMAN.
